Jeffrey Louis Stevens graduated from East Texas State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the Tax Executives Institute (TEI).
Jeff was a director of Amerac Energy Corporation, an oil and gas acquisition, production and development company. He held various positions with Amerac including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Jeff also published a number of articles on outsourcing. He was the founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of Petroleum Financial, Incorporated (PFI) a firm which provides accounting, financial and management services to business enterprises from 1991 until December, 1998, when he sold the company to Torch Energy. Jeff has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Crescent Operating, Incorporated since February, 1998. He served as the Company's Treasurer and Secretary since May, 1997. From May, 1997 to February, 1998, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He became a director of the Company in June, 1997. The Company is involved in land development, hotels, warehouses, health care and heavy equipment sales and leasing. As you can tell, Jeff has had a diversified career and is still looking for something he can do. He is an avid golfer and enjoys giving pointers to Jack Nicklaus from time to time. Jeff resides in Fort Worth with his wife Kendra. He has four children Brent, Brian, Jennifer and Jordan. |
