"Shortly after graduating from KHS, I went to work for the Army and Air Force Exchange. I married Ronny McWilliams from the small town of Little Elm in 1985. Ronny’s job brought us to Marietta, Georgia in 1989.
Since we are now retired, we decided in 2018 to downsize and moved to the small town of Hickory Flat which is north of Atlanta. We are only 30 minutes from the North Georgia Mountains and a little over 4 hours from the beach. I have had a variety of interesting jobs through the years ranging from Executive Assistant to the General Manager at the Marriott Quorum in Dallas, working in corporate security for IBM, Manager of Field Services for a medical marketing research firm and Client Coordinator for a large environmental company based in London. We are fortunate that our two sons live within 30 minutes of us. They have given us 4 beautiful grandchildren, four grandsons and one granddaughter. One of our grandsons is getting married in May 2023. Who knows - maybe we’ll have our first great grandbaby in the next few years. We love to travel and have had the opportunity to visit London, Bristol and Bath in the UK, the southwest coast of Ireland and have completed our fourth trip to Hawaii. I’m enjoying this phase of my life and look forward to what God has in store for me. Life is good! "I would love to hear what former classmates have been up to."
