Claudia Jean Johnson, 1966 Claudia and Jack Marrow Mardi Gras time Me & "the kids" |
"Michael Roy Howell (‘66) and I were married for 21 years. We had two daughters.
"After we divorced, I married Jack Marrow. We both are now retired insurance agents. We also have invested in real estate in Texas, OK, and New Orleans. We owned a four-plex Greek Revival, built about 1895, in the Marigny, just outside the French Quarter, where we could walk to the Quarter, and enjoyed Mardi Gras parades each year from our own front porch. It was so much fun, but after Hurricane Katrina, even though the house only had minor roof and inside water damage, we decided it was time to leave. "We also raised ostrich, emu, and pygmy goats for a few years in Fannin County. We have recently moved outside of Sherman, Texas to get away from the big city, and to be closer to our only granddaughter, and our get-away in Sasakwa, OK." Home in NOLA |
