"Upon graduation, I entered University of North Texas and roomed with Cindy Cass in Crumley Hall. Four years later, a degree in Psychology/Sociology, moved to Dallas, worked, partied, and traveled domestically and internationally. Marriage to Frank Nessenthaler, a snowbird from Philadelphia, and three wonderful children rocked my 30's. Frank was employed with Fidelity Investments which required us to move to to Boston, settling in the New England area for almost 9 years, but still cheering on our Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. Frank had a European assignment in 1995, and we all lived in rural England about twenty miles from London; spent that summer traveling and sightseeing in eight European countries; it was definitely a long history class for my children.
"In 2002, we were able to move back to Texas on Fidelity's dime, and settled in Southlake. Elizabeth, 26 and Patrick, 25 graduated from the University of North Texas with degrees in Real Estate and Finance and are currently employed in the commercial real estate marketplace and off the payroll! Our youngest turned 21 this past February and graduated from a physician's assistant program and is looking for employment. Stephanie hopes to continue her schooling and become a nurse. "In 2008, Frank was offered a retirement package from Fidelity and we started our own equitys trading business acquiring a black Lab and Golden Retriever along the way to fill the empty nester's space. We are hoping, with the residential real estate market opening up, to sell our Southlake home and downsize, where is still open for discussion, perhaps the North Dallas area or the beautiful Hill Country area." |
